Our specialists produce comprehensive structural substantiation reports that meet all FAA and EASA certification requirements, streamlining the approval process.

Our advanced flight sciences capabilities leverage industry-leading software platforms including FEMAP with NX NASTRAN, MATHCAD, NASGRO, and Excel, complemented by JARAD—our proprietary rapid decompression analysis software—to deliver thorough analytical results.

CERTIFICATION

Techno Aerospace is an AS9100 / ISO 9001 certified corporation. As an FAA PMA holder, Techno’s Quality Assurance Manual is FAA approved to the most current ISO Revision.

Our processes and procedures are integrated into all aspects of our day to day operations. Quality Assurance systems are ingrained in all our processes and the culture within our organization which yields high quality engineering documents and kit deliverables via repeatable, measurable steps. Each team member plays an active role in assuring our quality objectives are met, and evaluating opportunities for continuous improvement.

Techno Aerospace has extensive familiarity with the processes, procedures and quality criteria which are utilized across the aerospace industry. We incorporate FAA and EASA regulatory requirements into our design standards. Techno Aerospace's test lab provides FAA certification testing capabilities accompanied by FAA approved test plans and reports. We have on staff FAA structural DER and DMIR. These dedicated Techno Aerospace personnel provide us the unique capability to provide committed resources to our projects which results in timely data reviews and efficient processing of the associated FAA forms.

TEST LAB

Located in Tampa Bay, the Techno Aerospace Test Laboratory delivers comprehensive static testing capabilities with exceptional efficiency. By leveraging our integrated engineering, manufacturing, and certification expertise, we provide accelerated response times for allowables development and regulatory certification test programs.
